This is the best keto lobster and spaghetti squash recipe. Perfect to use up any leftover seafood you may have from the weekend! No frills or thrills, this is a fancy keto dish without the hard work.
Note: be careful by measuring out the spaghetti squash as it contains high amounts of carbs, but it is very satisfying!
Net Carbs per serving: 11 grams
-2 cooked Lobster tails
-2 cups of spaghetti squash
-1/2 tbsp. olive oil
-1/2 tsp. onion or garlic powder
-1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1 tbsp. of butter
-salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake spaghetti squash for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on desired consistency.
