This is the best keto lobster and spaghetti squash recipe. Perfect to use up any leftover seafood you may have from the weekend! No frills or thrills, this is a fancy keto dish without the hard work.


Note: be careful by measuring out the spaghetti squash as it contains high amounts of carbs, but it is very satisfying!


Servings: 2
Net Carbs per serving: 11 grams


INGREDIENTS:
-2 cooked Lobster tails
-2 cups of spaghetti squash
-1/2 tbsp. olive oil
-1/2 tsp. onion or garlic powder
-1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1 tbsp. of butter
-salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake spaghetti squash for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on desired consistency.


This is the best, filling and satisfying spaghetti squash recipe hands down. It is quick and easy! A very satisfying low carb meal for certain! This is my version of a fancy keto meal.
