Chingri shutki or sukat or dry prawns 60 gms
Dry red chillies 5 to 6 or as per taste
Green chillies 4 to 5 or as per taste
Potato 2 medium sized ( optional )
Onion 4 medium sized ( finely sliced )
Ginger 1/2 inch piece
Garlic 1 + 1/2 pod
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Normal red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 5 to 6 tbsp or as per your preference
