CAJUN CRAWFISH RECIPE | Asian Style

For 4-6 lbs crawfish (or seafood)

Boil crawfish in a bath of water and add:
-2 soup spoon chicken powder seasoning
-1/2 soup spoon black pepper
-2 soup spoon of cajun seasoning
-1 soup spoon of old bay seasoning
-2 soup spoons of lemon pepper seasoning
-when crawfish is done, add corn and let it boil with lid on for 5 mins

Caj-sian Sauce
-Melt 2 1/2 butter stick
-15 chopped fresh garlic cloves
-5 tbsp cajun seasoning
-3 tbsp of paprika powder
-3 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
-3 tbsp old bay seasoning
-6 soup spoons sugar (adjust if needed)
-add about 4.5 liters of water and let it simmer until the sauce thickens
-add smoked sausages, boiled potatoes and stir
-add crawfish and stir
